Version 2.8 script generation changes:

• The entire command line used to generate the script now is part of the script. It will be added at the top of the script in a comments block

• Your generated scripts now contain a “custom scripts beyond this line” marker

• When regenerating a script, this line is respected, and code below this line will not be replaced
